Execution and close process:
By the end of this phase, you will have achieved your project's goal. You will have also had the capacity to focus on other priorities whilst being aware of the project progress at all times.
Execution phase costs will be agreed up front and will depend on the scope and complexity of the project. You will receive an estimated quote following our initial consultation and this will be finalised once the scope of the project has been agreed in the startup phase. We value transparency at NQE Global and you will not be hit with unexpected costs for our services.
The cost for project management of the closing phase is £1,500 | $1,900 | €1,820.
