Meet Dominique
Hello! I’m Dominique, the founder of NQE Global.
Over the past 7 years, I’ve successfully managed a wide range of projects for impact-driven organisations including launching new revenue streams, developing publications, delivering national programmes, and transforming businesses.
I’m PMP and PRINCE2 qualified, a member of the Project Management Institute, and I’m passionate about helping businesses navigate complex projects and achieve real results, especially when they are working to have a positive impact on the world.
Here’s a bit about my journey so you can get a feel for who I am and how I work.

Managing projects
After graduating with a BSc in Psychology, I spent a year working for a recruitment agency developing skills in understanding clients' requirements and matching them with exceptional candidates.
My journey into project management truly began when I moved to London and started as a project administrator for a national mental health charity. Within just three months, I was promoted twice to project manager, and that’s when I found my passion for this field.
Over the next few years, I gained experience in managing a range of projects before being promoted again to Senior Project and Operations Manager. In this senior role, I refined my project management skills while also gaining experience in business development and operations. This experience gave me valuable insight into the challenges small businesses face and how strong project management can help overcome them.
Since then, I have continued to work for non-profits and other impact-driven organisations, using my skills to help bring about real change in the world.
Supporting businesses
While working full-time as a project manager, I completed a Master’s degree in Human Rights and launched a small business supporting entrepreneurs.
This business hosted networking events for entrepreneurs in London and Birmingham, allowing them to connect with other founders and business owners, building a community to support them through what is often a challenging journey, made even more so by inequalities in access to support and opportunities. Starting this business ignited my passion for supporting startups and small businesses as I loved meeting and supporting people who were turning their ideas into action and creating real change in the world.
After profitably running the business for two years, I sold it to fully focus on developing NQE Global, where I combine my project management expertise with my passion for supporting small business and startup growth, impact, and sustainability.
